Today's rounds · 3 items · sample

Every morning SellerCopilot evaluates your whole catalog against its rule engine, tuned to your own targets, and writes up what needs attention, in order of impact. Each note carries its receipt, the readings behind it, and once you act, the outcome is tracked against what was predicted.

Ordered by impact

Every product is evaluated against the rules in your account, tuned to the targets you set. The ones out of range surface first, ordered by priority, each with the estimated dollar impact of acting on it.

The receipt is attached

Each note opens onto the readings that produced it: revenue, fees, ad spend, days of supply. Nothing is asserted without its numbers.

Outcomes are measured

Act on a note and SellerCopilot keeps tracking it, so a later brief can tell you whether the action worked: about a week on for most actions, two weeks for scaling ads.

What gets charted, every day

7 measures · per ASIN · per marketplace

SellerCopilot ingests your Amazon selling and advertising data automatically every day and turns it into dashboards, forecasts, and concrete recommendations — no spreadsheets required.

Sales & Traffic Analytics

Understand demand, not just orders. SellerCopilot analyzes sessions and conversion alongside revenue, per product and per marketplace.

Demand, not just orders

Sessions, conversion rate, and advertising click-through trends sit next to revenue, so a drop in sales can be traced to traffic or to conversion.

Mix and comparison

Organic vs. advertising sales mix, with period-over-period and year-over-year comparisons on daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards.

SellerCopilot reads your Sponsored Products performance every day and joins it to real profit, so you can see which campaigns pay for themselves and which ones quietly eat the margin.

  • TACOS tracked against the target you set, with ACOS alongside, per product and across the catalogue
  • Recommendations to scale, reduce, or stop spend based on net profit after Amazon fees, not on ad revenue alone
  • Organic vs. advertising sales mix, so you can see what advertising is genuinely adding
  • Advertising cost folded into per-ASIN profit, alongside FBA and referral fees

From connection to daily insights in three steps

Authorize · ingest · act

Connect your account

Authorize SellerCopilot through Amazon's Selling Partner authorization flow. You stay in control and can revoke access at any time.

Automatic daily ingestion

SellerCopilot retrieves your sales, traffic, inventory, order, and financial data every day through Amazon's official Selling Partner API.

Act on your Daily Brief

Open your morning brief, review prioritized recommendations with their supporting evidence, and track measured outcomes for the actions you take once enough data has come in.

What this chart will never do to your account.

Read-only by design

SellerCopilot reports; it does not operate. Authorization is yours to grant and revoke, the software recommends, and a person takes the action. That is a positioning choice as much as a compliance one, and it is written into how the product is built.

Never creates, edits, pauses, or bids on an advertising campaign.
Never stores a buyer's name, email address, or street address.
Never uses your data to train models, or to serve another customer.
Never collects through an authorization you have revoked: revoke SellerCopilot in Seller Central (and, for advertising data, in the Amazon account that granted it) and Amazon stops returning that data to us. We notice a revoked Seller Central authorization the next time we request data and Amazon refuses, stop collecting for that account, and delete the data collected from it within 30 days unless you reconnect.

Your data is yours. We treat it that way.

Controls in place today

Encryption in transit and at rest

All traffic is served over HTTPS/TLS. Amazon API credentials are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM.

Amazon data policies

Data obtained through Amazon's APIs is handled under Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy, as described on our security page.

Strict account isolation

Every customer's data is scoped to their own account, both in the application and, for the application's normal requests, by row-level security in the database. Your data is never shared with, or visible to, other customers.

You can leave anytime

Disconnect your Amazon authorization at any time and request deletion of your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
