Terms of Service
Version 2026-10-14 · Last updated: October 14, 2026
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of SellerCopilot, the analytics application available at app.sellercopilot.ai, and the website sellercopilot.ai (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Consultation IntelEcommerce inc., a company incorporated in Quebec, Canada ("we", "us", "the Company").
By creating an account, starting a trial or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent ("you"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
SellerCopilot is a subscription analytics application for businesses that sell on Amazon through Amazon Seller Central. With your authorization it reads data from your own Amazon selling and advertising accounts and produces dashboards, forecasts, daily recommendations and written reports about your own business. What the Service reads, and how it uses that data, is documented on the Analytics page.
The Service reads data only. It does not create or change advertising campaigns, prices, listings or inventory in your Amazon accounts. Recommendations are for you to act on, or not, at your own discretion.
2. Accounts
- The Service is for business use. You must be legally able to enter into a contract on behalf of the business you register.
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
- We can add other users to your company account at your request, and remove them when you ask. You are responsible for their use of the Service and for telling us when someone's access should end.
- You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it current.
3. Connecting your Amazon accounts
You connect the Service to your Amazon accounts through Amazon's authorization process, or by giving us the credentials of an Amazon application you control, and only for accounts you are entitled to authorize. Amazon's advertising authorization allows campaign management; the Service uses it only to read your advertising profiles and performance reports. You can withdraw that authorization at any time from Amazon Seller Central or your Amazon Ads account. Withdrawing it stops the Service from receiving new data and may stop parts of the Service from working. Your use of Amazon's services remains subject to your agreements with Amazon.
SellerCopilot is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Amazon. Amazon, Seller Central and related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.
4. Free trial, subscription and billing
- Trial. New accounts may start a 14-day free trial. No payment method is required to start it.
- End of trial. If no payment method is on file when the trial ends, your subscription is paused and access to the Service is suspended. You are not charged. You can resume by adding a payment method; your first monthly payment is taken when you resume. A trial that ends this way starts the 30-day retention period described in our Privacy Policy: resume within its first 23 days to keep your data; we delete it before the period ends, or sooner if you ask us to.
- Price. After the trial, the Service costs US$79 per month per company account, including every Amazon marketplace connected to it, billed monthly in advance until you cancel, plus applicable sales taxes where we are required to collect them.
- Payment. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.
- Price changes. We will email the account owner at least 30 days before a price change takes effect. The new price applies from your next billing period after that date, and you may cancel before then.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails, Stripe retries it and you can update your payment method. If payment is still not made after Stripe's retry period, your subscription is cancelled, and your data is then retained and deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time by emailing us at the address in section 15. We cancel your subscription at the end of the current billing period, or during a free trial at the end of the trial, and you keep access until then. When the cancellation takes effect, the retention period described in our Privacy Policy starts, and we delete your data before it ends. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires it. There is no setup fee and no minimum term.
6. Your data
- As between you and us, you own your business data and the files you upload. Data obtained from Amazon remains subject to Amazon's terms. The reports and recommendations the Service produces for you are yours to use in your business.
- You give us permission to store and process that data to provide, secure, support and improve the Service. We do not sell your data, and we never show one customer's data to another customer. We review how well recommendations perform across accounts, internally, to improve the Service.
- Data obtained through Amazon's APIs is handled under Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy.
- Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, retain and delete personal information, and our Security page describes our current safeguards. Both may be updated as described in them.
7. AI-generated content
Some features use AI models provided by Anthropic to write reports, explain recommendations and the monthly scorecard, and answer questions about your data. If you supply your own Anthropic API key, those requests are made with your key. AI-generated content can be incomplete or wrong. Check it before relying on it. What each feature sends to the AI provider is described on the Security page.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any business or Amazon account you are not authorized to act for;
- attempt to access another customer's data, or probe, scan or test the Service's security without our written permission;
- interfere with the Service's operation, or overload it with automated requests;
- copy, resell or sublicense the Service, or use it to build a competing product;
- use the Service in breach of any law or of Amazon's policies.
9. Recommendations are not guarantees
The Service's figures and recommendations are computed from the data available to it, including estimates such as fee estimates and forecasts, and from targets you set. They are analytical aids, not financial, accounting, tax or legal advice. You remain responsible for the decisions you make in your Amazon accounts and for checking figures against your own records.
10. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Amazon's reports and APIs can be delayed, restated or changed by Amazon, which can affect what the Service shows. We may change, add or remove features; if a change materially reduces the Service, we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can.
11. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind beyond those stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from these Terms or the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that puts other customers or the Service at risk. Where reasonable we will give you notice first. You may stop using the Service at any time. After termination, we delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page with its version date. For material changes we will email the account owner at least 30 days before they take effect; you may cancel before then without charge, and if you continue to use the Service after that date, the updated Terms apply.
15. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Quebec, except where the law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
